King High School's MLK celebration on Jan. 16 included many organizations and dignitaries from the community.
“The talent show turned out better than we all expected," said senior Alauna Day, a member of the Student Life Organization, which hosted the event.

On Dec. 16, the city honored the King football team for its back-to-back state titles.

The first game on the new field was Oct. 28 when the Crusaders defeated the River Rouge Panthers, 41-28.

King's Career Pathways program is designed to help students make positive career choices.
