In December, Wayne State University’s Public Research Methods class conducted research on Benjamin Carson High School’s 11th graders about the impact of vaping and e-cigarettes, and found that most students were aware of the impact of using these devices.
Benjamin Carson High School has received a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) grant from the National Academy Foundation.
On Sept. 27, Benjamin Carson High School was visited by the nonprofit TV network C-SPAN. The network is known for its dedication on government and political affairs.
