CT Visionary launches talk show on website

Going to www.detroitdialogue.com has become more interesting since the CT Visionary students have began exploring broadcast journalism through the use of creative podcasts. The “Tech Talk” podcast featured on the dialogue website is a teen talk show hosted by the CT Visionary news staff. The visionary staff research articles and converse about how these articles relate to their own life, similar to the popular talk show “The View”. The pilot episode, focused on teen pregnancy, self-esteem, and parenting. The second one looked at the Flint Water Crisis and Detroit Public Schools sickouts, and emergency manager, Darnell Early.
