Question:  What made you want to become a teacher?

Answer:  I have known that I wanted to become a teacher since I started teaching swimming lessons in high school.

Question:  I know you are a teacher, but can you tell me how you feel about your students?

Answer: I love my students.

Question:  What made you come to East English Village Preparatory Academy as an English Teacher?

Answer:  I became a teacher at EEVPA because it’s a good school, it has a lot of potential, and the students are great.

Question:  How long have you been teaching?

Answer:  I have been teaching for approximately 25 years.

Question:  How do you spend your free time?

Answer:  I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, son, and two male cats.

Question:  When did you meet fellow EEVPA teacher Catherine Edsall?

Answer:  I met Ms. Edsall three years ago at EEVPA when she was hired as the Master Teacher for the English Department. We are grade level colleagues and have become good friends. Even though we are high school English teachers, we have really bonded over our love of the French Language: We both speak French.
